Orders paid for by 8:00 PM (20:00) will be packed and shipped on the same day. In most cases, you will receive your InPost package on the next business day!
Deliveries are carried out by InPost. You can choose between courier delivery or a parcel locker (Paczkomat). Additionally, we offer a cash on delivery (COD) option. Regardless of the number of perfumes ordered, you will pay:
- 16 PLN for courier or parcel locker delivery (prepaid)
- 22 PLN for courier or parcel locker delivery (cash on delivery)
We accept all popular forms of payment, so you can pay for your purchases quickly and conveniently, just the way you like. Prepaid payments can be made via:
- Online payments via the Przelewy24 system
- BLIK code
- Debit or credit card
- Credit limit within the P24NOW service
- Google Pay or Apple Pay payment systems
Additionally, we offer the option to order perfumes with cash on delivery.
Returns. Out of concern for our Customers' satisfaction, we guarantee the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In this regard, we comply with the provisions of the law that protects consumers and allows them to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, please note that we do not accept returns of unpacked / used eau de parfum in full-size 100 ml bottles or 5+1 gift sets. We offer 8 ml travel sprays for every fragrance, which are dedicated to perfume testing. Therefore, if you are not familiar with a scent, we recommend purchasing the small size first to see if the perfume suits your taste.
Application of perfume extracts in oil is performed via a "roll-on," which requires direct skin contact. In accordance with applicable law, such products are not subject to return after they have been used.
Complaints. If the ordered perfumes do not match the description or have defects, you also have the right to file a complaint. Since we make every effort to ensure our perfumes are a source of your satisfaction, we consider each case individually. The deadline for processing a complaint is 14 days from the day we receive the product from you along with the complaint form.
